This website
This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising or trackers.
The site is hosted by Cloudflare. To deliver and secure the site, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We rely on our legitimate interests in running a working, secure website. Cloudflare keeps this data for a short time under its own retention practices, and we do not use it to identify visitors.
When you contact us
If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you write. We use this only to reply and to deal with your request, relying on our legitimate interests in answering messages (or on taking steps towards a contract, if you are asking about one). We keep correspondence for up to two years after our last contact, unless we need it longer for a legal reason.
Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising. We use these service providers, who process data on our behalf:
- Cloudflare, for website hosting, security and email forwarding;
- Microsoft (Outlook), for our email inbox.
Both may process data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where they do, the transfer is protected by safeguards recognised under UK law, such as the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
Our apps
Our apps are not yet released. Each app will have its own privacy policy, linked from its App Store and Google Play listings, and we will update this notice before any app is released.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law (the UK GDPR), you have rights over your personal data. These include the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- ask us to correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- ask us to delete your data;
- ask us to restrict how we use your data, or object to how we use it;
- ask for your data in a portable format.
To use any of these rights, or if you have a question about this notice, email us at [email protected].
You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to deal with your concern first, so please contact us before going to the ICO.
Changes to this notice
We will update this notice when our practices change, including before our apps are released. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
